The property had many problems. Upon arrival, our reserved room was not ready yet. We had to be moved from our second room as soon as we walked in, as the AC had been leaking all over the carpet and blew out an outlet (Alarm clock was even busted from it), not to mention the stains (that looked like dried blood) on the bedspread. Our third room felt dank, but we thought it would get better with the air on. It did not. I wound up buying a Damp-Rid bucket (that I left there to help), but everything stayed feeling damp. The sheets, the surfaces, even our clothes in the suitcase. The bathroom had stains and dirt in the shower, along with pink mold (Pictures included). The wall was also peeling off the corner (picture included). The ice had an off taste, and the screen on the ice maker always read full and 1 unread alert (probably filter, from the taste). Speaking of filter, the AC being on the entire time to lower the wetness, had to have been blowing something like mold, as both my wife and I had severe choking episodes that cleared up within a day of leaving.

Could be a bit quicker in the breakfast area.

We enjoyed our stay in Lafayette. Comfort Suites was ready with a room, water available in the Lobby and a clean pool with small swim towels. Our room was spacious and clean with a couch, table ottoman combo and microwave and fridge. We got breakfast at 8:10 and waited for more eggs, biscuits and sausage to arrive. By 8:30 a few eggs arrived along with biscuits but the sausage never did come out.

The sofa pull out bed had a dirty sheet and stains on the sheet and mattress. Bugs in room. Informed staff the next morning and they did not even change the linen on the dirty sofa bed (which we would not have used anyway due to the stains) . When I told them there were bugs, they asked what kind and I said roaches. I could not see any evidence of them spraying for bugs
