Great location near many shops and restaurants. It was a bit noisy at times since it was across the street from the hospital. The towels were very small and when we asked for fresh ones, we never received them. We ran out of tissues and had to ask there times before some was brought. The bistro was counter service and very over priced, but they had plenty of seating. The bed was yet comfortable and the blackout shades did a good job. Would probably stay here again

The room was not worth the $224 paid for one night. The shower was stained with years of dirt. Hair in sink, which I cleaned before using. The walls were marred. Had to use rubber shoes in shower. The sheets on the bed had tiny holes. Had to closely inspect to make sure they were cleaned. Floor not vacuumed. Lamps not working. Had to fix lamp next to bed. Lamp over coffee station not working.
