Fiber internet, 55" smart TV. Washer/dryer. Updated in 2022; original charm! Socked kitchen w/ full-sized appliances. Natural light fills the cottage. Parking for 2 cars. Seated deck!
The space
You’ll love our cozy and comfortable spot in a walkable neighborhood adjacent to campus. The entire space was renovated in February 2022.
Guest access
You’re getting a 2-bedroom apartment in a duplex with full kitchen and free washer and dryer in the single bath. Large, shady backyard patio with seating is all yours to enjoy! There is a long-term tenant in the studio next door who works out of state and is rarely home. While each apartment technically has its designated portion of driveway for parking, you will likely be able to use off-street parking for up to three cars!

Lovely

The house and decorations were beautiful. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. The coffee was delicious. The location was wonderfully near some great dining/ drinking options. We had a minor confusion finding check in instructions thinking they would be sent via a message on the app when they actually located on a link within the listing. It was eventually cleared up by the property manager. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Weekend getaway

Booked this property for a last minute weekend getaway. Property was as advertised and very nice. Ryan, the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Great location and quiet neighborhood. It was also only 10-15 minutes from everything Lafayette has to offer. Would definitely book again for a future visit to Lafayette. .

Lovely stay

We stayed two nights for a fun weekend enjoying downtown Lafayette! This house was clean and extremely comfortable - we slept so well in extra-comfy beds. Checking in was a breeze and our host was easy to communicate with throughout booking and stay. We look forward to coming back!
