The receptionists were very nice the facility was clean fresh coffee and tea and water was always available for guest, at night there is extra security you have to pass your room key to open the second set up of electric doors and that’s definitely a plus for the guest staying there .

The floor was carpeted but there are uneven spots. The room was muggy and the AC never quite worked so it was uncomfortable. The room also smelled weird. There was a school baseball team staying here that same night so it was loud and crowded which didn’t help feeling the discomfort. The staff seemed indifferent, robotic and wasn’t friendly at all.(front desk woman)

The politeness, professionalism and efficiency of the lady that checked myself in at the front desk. I did not get her name. She was a a blonde haired lady who appeared to be may be part of Management in any case she was welcoming and exceedingly helpful to myself in the entire group as we had five rooms. Employees such as her make it where I’m sure our group will desire to return in the future. The same was the next morning with the woman managing the breakfast area. She was a go-getter for all the right reasons.
