Spaces were clean and furnishings in good condition. Staff were acceptable. Morning desk staff was noticeably friendly. I was disappointed with the view from my room. I paid extra to be on 7th floor with view of the city, but the inside of the outer windows (double-paned) were wet and foggy so view was blocked.

The staff at the front desk and restaurant were wonderful- super helpful and very friendly!!!! Our rooms were on floor 3 directly next to a weight room. At 7am on a Sunday morning we could literally hear weights being picked up and dropped on the floor quite hard. This went on for 45 min before we decided to pack up and leave. It’s not okay to have guest rooms share a wall with this type of loud common area. Staff is great but hotel setup is horrible.

The room was not clean, especially around the bathroom sink/counter. We received no maid service. The attendant at the front desk informed us our room was marked NS for "No Service," and gave us a few coffee pods and fresh towels. No apology: "We are still a work in progress here." The bar was not open Wednesday night. The price charged for this experience was obscenely high.

We have stayed at this property numerous times & it keeps getting worse each time we stay. We stayed for 4 nights, left, and came back for one night and stayed in Room 204 ... closet door was missing; A/C unit was so loud we couldn't sleep; something was spilled on the side of the table next to the bed & it was overlooked during cleaning (all surfaces should be cleaned no matter what); and the shower ... everyone that stays in this hotel knows how bad the showers are & in addition to the stall, the shower head was awful - worst shower I've ever had. We only stay here because it's really close to family, but we will prob stay elsewhere on oir next visit.

The hotel is great. Perfect location. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. We did not receive fresh towels or have our room cleaned would be our only complaint.
