Multiple day business trip. Room itself was good, nice comfortable bed. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Make your own breakfast sandwich is a nice idea, but please provide a microwave so the cheese is not cold on the sandwich. Biggest issue was my business trip was to end 1 day early. i gave hotel + 2 days notice, but they declined to work with Hotels.com to allow me to check out one day early/not incur 1 extra unneeded night charge. I received a lecture from the front desk rep (as the manager on charge decided not to talk with me directly, but rather have the poor desk person deliver the message) that this is what I get for booking with Hotels.com instead of directly through Hilton. I typically have a dozen or so room nights a year with Hilton...but no more. I will take my business to another chain. I have also made it a point to tell our team that handles company travel about this, and word is spreading to our 1000+ US employees who travel. Hope it was worth it, Hilton!

The room was just okay, nothing special. The walls were so thin that we could hear the TV in the room next door, and it stayed on all night. The bed and pillows were too soft for our liking. Would not stay here again.

The check in was easy and the front desk person was very friendly and accommodating, all the staff was very friendly to make our stay great. The breakfast was very good and made for a great start of the day. The rooms are clean and the kitchenette was fine for what we needed.
