Room service.

Well my friend and I got to the hotel about 7:00 pm after a very long day on the road. When we got to our room it was so cold. We couldn’t turn the air off. We called the front desk and Nathan came and moved us to another room since the ac was broken. He also had treats for my dog. Nathan was such a kind and calm man. We were very impressed. We stop over there next time we go back to Texas for the winter. Yall are lucky to have him!! There was a tipped office chair and a really stained bedroom chair. Other than that it was great

I uploaded all documents online in order to speed up the check in process however the clerk checking me in was insisting on I show her id and credit card because she wasn’t logged into the system that shows I already uploaded my license and id. I understand that this is a pet-friendly hotel. However, the air freshener hit you like a ton of bricks the moment you stepped into the lobby. It was very over bearing in the hallways as well. Maybe try using a little of the freshening agents. Otherwise, the hotel was great.
