Heater didn’t work, fell in parking lot because no salt was put down by the walkway, access cards stopped working several times, breakfast sausages did not look appetizing and the coffee was really bad! Staff were kind.

First room had a bedbug crawling openly on the outside of the bedding. Took it to show front desk. No offer of discount. Gave us a room next door, seemed ok, BUT we went to Walmart & bought bedbug spray.
