This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint as we celebrated our 100yr old matriarch with four generations present. Chris is a wonderful and attentive host and as before, our stay was highlighted by cleanliness, smooth check-in, easy communication and thoughtful touches! The microwave broke down but Chris was attentive and quick to respond.We had cold rain during our week there so could not enjoy the outside grounds, spa and infinity pool but the great views outside every window, the pool table and watching the Olympics on the big screen TV were a hit! Location is convenient to get around Lafayette and the surrounding areas and I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking to rent in this area.Thank you Chris, for your special attention and we look forward to returning again!

It is an oasis in a great town, with beautiful views from every room, and luxurious outdoor spaces that offer a beautiful pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor grill / bar / lounge. The house is very beautiful and has great views. The house is extremely well stocked with anll the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The pool, the hot tub and fire pit are all outstanding. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. They had plenty of blankets and bedding and pillows, and even had extra air mattresses.We cooked every day and did not have any issues. We also used the pool table quite a bit.Chris, our host, was extremely attentive and responsive during our stay. It is a special VRBO that did not disappoint!
