Worst experience I have ever had. Lobby smelled of weed. Door was propped open so all the cigarette smoke from people smoking outside was pouring into the area by elevators. When we got to the second floor there was dead roaches in the hallway. Our room was disgusting with sticky floors, dusty furniture, dirty towels on bathroom floor & the bed looked as though it had been slept on. The tv wouldn’t turn off and just kept scrolling through channels by itself all night. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I cried wanting to leave!!

Room was spacious!! Thursday thru Friday the hotel was quiet. Saturday night it was very loud inside and outdoors Children running on the hallway. Loud talking outside the window. It was really hard getting to sleep with all the noise.

needs more cleaning attendants and security and severely more restriction on quiet hours. door deadbolt would not work, my moms door would open late after opening it with a key card.

The safety of the area seemed to very questionable. The room did not smell fresh, all surfaces including the floor was oily and very strange. The tub also has gentital hair in it from the previous guest

Housekeeping NEVER came to give us clean towels and sheets for the ENTIRE week we were there. I didn't know I had to ask for BASIC hotel accommodations???? On top of the fact that there's a train track right across the street with inconsiderate conductors blowing train horns at all times 33am and 12 Am

Lots of noise in the hallway. No ammenities. Advertised as full kitchen. Only has a microwave, fridge and two burners for "heating up only. No cooking allowed in room." Was greeted by an enormous cockroach.
