AC unit worked really well. There are no ice machines. Expedia reported continental breakfast- there wasn’t one. Wore socks in the room and floor was so dirty- socks black on the bottom- had to throw them in the trash- TV remote didn’t work - had to power off when I wanted to change the station- clock didn’t work even after I plug it in- ask for a wake up call and never got one. If I had to do it again, I would stay somewhere else.

The room was clean and air conditioning was good. But I did not like the fact that it has a kitchenette but are not allow to cook. You can only warm up food. Also no coffee pot. The front desk is only open certain hours, so when we arrived the clerk was not there, had to wait about 15 minutes. And when checking out could not leave earlier than 9am because the front desk was closed. And it is located in a noisy area due to train tracks and airport.

The hotel was not clean. Towels left to bathe with were already stained. Bed was absolutely no comfort. Bedding was thin. They gave you two sheets and a throw blanket to cover up with. TV didn’t work most of the stay. Was woken up to someone over cooking their eggs in their room setting off the entire hotel fire alarm system. Overall terrible experience

Great for our needs

It was nice and great for us who had a housing emergency and needed a few day stay. The only down side was the beds are harder than we like and after the 3rd day it was hurting our backs. The train was loud if you had a window facing the front but not that big of a deal breaker
