A basement utility room with WC and washing machine is also situated and stairs lead to the ground floor entrance level.

To this floor guests can enjoy the main open plan living and dining area which features a modern kitchen diner with a newly fitted kitchen perfectly equipped for a self-catering stay with a electric gas hob and oven, a dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and drip coffee machine.
