Within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym. Carvoeiro is a five-minute drive to the west and offers many more restaurants, shops and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.



On entering the villa there is a spacious dining area with a stunning feature ceiling and patio doors to an inner courtyard leading with stairs to the roof terrace.



There is a large fully fitted kitchen and a lounge area with patio doors to the pool area.



A door from the lounge leads to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom offering bath, twin sinks and walk in shower.



On the other side of the house there are two twin bedrooms sharing the use of a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom offering walk in shower and bath.



All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and have patio doors leading to the pool and terrace.



Externally there is a covered seating area featuring traditional blue and white Portuguese tiles. There is a BBQ and large terrace surrounding the private heated swimming pool 11x5m (heating optional extra) with roman end steps.



The villa is fully gated and benefits from an alarm. The private driveway has space for several vehicles.

Family Holiday

Great villa, less than an hour's drive from faro airport, easy to find although checking the final bit on google maps helped here as the address on the sat nav takes you to a different villa. No issues with the key safe or alarm system. the villa has everything you need including towels, beach umbrellas and toys for the beach. There are inflatables for the pool which is probably the best feature due to size and cleanliness. The sun loungers could do with an upgrade. The TV has all the SKY channels including the sports & movies, the WIFI is generally good but struggles in some parts of the villa and by the pool. The area is beautiful but you need a car to get around, loads of small beaches within 10 minutes, supermarket 5 minutes drive away. There are 3-4 restaurants within walking distance and also a local shop. Overall recommend the villa but more so the area for a family holiday.

Schönes Objekt für 2 Familien

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ein etwas älteres Haus, aber gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöner grosser Pool. Sehr angenehm fanden wir, dass sie Sonnenschirme, Luftmatratzen und ähnliches nicht wie sonst oft entsorgt wurden sondern zur weiteren Benutzung im Haus waren.

Supergute Zeit im einem tollen Haus

Es ist ein tolles Haus in einem hübschen Garten, mit vielen Rückzugsorten. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse, zwei Grillplätze, genug Liegen um den richtig großen Pool..ordentliches Geschirr, Töpfe , viele Handtücher, Poolspielzeug. Alles vorhanden. . Nach einer Woche kommen 2 Putzfrauen, die alles richtig sauber machen.. Herd, Geschirrspüler, Trockner, Waschmaschine.. alles auf dem neusten Stand. Wir können nur eine bemängeln: Auch mit Navi ist es in dem verwinkelten Ortteil, ohne Strassennamen wirklich schlecht zu finden..zufälligerweise kam mit uns Zeitgleich jemand von der Agentur ( supernett.. einer Flasche Wein, Wasser, Brot, Tomaten etc❤️❤️❤️) der uns, nach langem Suchen half, das Schloss zum Schlüssel zu öffnen. Das hätten wir gerade noch hinbekommen, die Alarmanlage auszuschalten, war ein ganz anderes Ding. Aaaaber wir hatten ja Hilfe. Alles ging gut und wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit,. Übrigens, das WLAN ist suuuper. Um auch im " Westflügel" des Hauses, im allerletzten Zimmer sehr guten Empfang zu haben, ist ein WLAN Verstärker nützlich..wer es denn braucht.. danke für die gute Zeit.
