The apartment is located in a quiet private residence and very sunny. The residence is small (36 apartments), welcoming and located in a cul de sac. So there is virtually no traffic in the area and calm is assured.
The residence has a beautiful pool and green areas where you can relax.
The apartment is located on the first floor. It is spacious, pleasant and is equipped with air conditioning.
It is composed of a beautiful kitchen very sunny and well equipped with among other microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. The kitchen has a pool view balcony with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The apartment also has a large living / dining room with satellite TV, wifi and another small balcony.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, a large wardrobe and a balcony with pool view. The second bedroom, with private bathroom, has a double bed and a single bed that can accommodate 3 people. The apartment also has a second bathroom.
The apartment is located in the small village of Porches and close to many beaches in the area of Lagoa. The municipality of Lagoa is famous for its beautiful beaches and many of them have received this year the blue flag certifying beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters.
In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm. After 11pm service charge of 50 euros.
Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros
On request, we can provide a cot (including sheets): 20,00 € / unit / for the entire stay and Baby high chair for 10,00 € / unit / entire stay.
This property is independently managed and does not have a permanent service or reception as in hotels. In order to always offer all guests a primordial and unparalleled service, possible additional services that are not included may have an added fee of 30 to 150 euros corresponding to operating costs. Additional services (but not limited to) are:
. Open doors (When key lost or forgotten keys inside the property).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products
. Repairs, maintenance and installation of equipments (by negligence)
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.
From November to February (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available. Guests must pay €90 in cash upon arrival to pay the final cleaning.
Reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Lagoa municipal tourist tax. The municipal tourist tax has a unit value of €2.00/night in high season (April to October, inclusive) and €1.00/night in low season (November to March, inclusive), per night, up to the maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person and per stay. The nightly fee is payable for guests aged 13 (thirteen) years or over. Guests with disabilities are not subject to the municipal tourist tax, that is, guests with a disability equal to or greater than 60%, as long as they present a document proving this condition.
