Lovely Property and Kind Host

Overall it is a great house, spacious and comfortable. We had a small issue at the house and it was quickly and graciously taken care of. The road to the house gets absolutely crazy with beach goers parking along the road and others trying to go in, depending on time of day it can be a challenge to get in and out, adding up to an extra 10 min to the drive and a lot of stress, but it is hard to beat walking distance to one of the top beaches. Though for our parents the walk and stairs to beach were a bit of a challenge so just keep that in mind too.

Villa in the great location.

The number 1 advantage of this villa is its location. The most beautiful beach in the Algarve - Praia de Marinia is located only a 10 min walk. Sunsets and sunrises from the viewpoint of this beach are amazing! We would suggest renting a car to be able to drive grocery shopping and vising the nearest village Corvoeiro.

Great location, the place is exactly as described, pool is fantastic and was heated so the kids could swim multiple times a day even though the weather was not on our side. The few minor issues we had were dealt with quickly and without fuss, which was very much appreciated. Would recommend staying here.

Privacy and a lovely family house|

For the second year we stayed in this comfortable family house. You have all the privacy you want. Each day the goats with their bells came by. So lovely to see. A nice size heated pool. And sea vieuw from the terrace. One of the most beautiful beaches is in walking distance. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. We stayed here with 5 adults and four children. Plenty of room for all of us.

We had a wonderful time with our family in this lovely house on walking distance from the beach. A lot of space in and around the house. The kids loved swimming in the pool.

Aluguer para uma festa de casamento

Ikke en luksus bolig

Vi har lejet et hus i Algarve fra 08. - 20. Juli 2019, hvor vi skulle holde ferie med Vi er bestemt ikke enige i at det er luksus, huset er meget nedslidt. Ved ankomsten måtte vi bruge en dag på at rengøre køkkenet for bare at kunne bruge køkkenet og hvor: Alt var feddet og beskidt Der var ikke nok af bestikket og glas til 12 personer Opvaskemaskinen kunne ikke vaske ordentligt, så vi ofte måtte vaske op i hånden. Køkkenbordpladen er af sten og var gået i stykker, så bordpladen smuldrer hvilket ikke er særligt hygiejnisk Håndvasken var delvis stoppet Ovnen var gammel og dårlig Viskestykker, håndklæder og karklude gamle og hullede, nogle lå snavsede i skufferne. Husets tilstand generel er at det er utroligt nedslidt med pletter på møbler tæpper og tapet med aftryk af døde insekter. Udenfor var der et utal af krukker med visne blomster og ukrudt. Omgivelserne i haven var generet beskidt med affald fra tidligere udlejninger. Havemøbler var med brækkede ben, hynder der var meget beskidte og fyldt med pletter og knækkede ryglæn på flere af liggestolene. En udendørs bar som var meget uhumsk hvor der var hængende blomsterpotter omkring som var visne og fyldt med spindelvæv.

Mycket nöjd!

Vi var 11 personer - två familjer med barn och farmor och farfar - alltså alla åldrar. Huset är trivsamt med generösa ytor för samvaro och matlagning. Fin grill ute och bra välutrustat kök inne. Bekväma sängar och bra hygienrutrymmen. Poolen är ganska liten men uppskattades. Allt välskött och rent. Vacker blommande trädgård med bl a goda fikon. Enda krux är att det är svårt att hitta då det ligger avsides. Skyltning borde förbättras. Vi var mycket nöjda med allt. Stranden nära var underbar. Eva Skogh
