LOCATED CLOSE TO A GOLF COURSE, THIS STUNNING DETACHED VILLA IS A TEN MINUTE WALK TO THE BEAUTIFUL CENTEANES BEACH WHICH OFFERS A RESTAURANT AND SNACK BAR ALONG WITH WATER SPORTS IN THE SUMMER.

Also within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym.



Carvoeiro is a five minute drive to the west and offers many more restaurants, shops and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.

This single story tastefully furnished and well equipped villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The garden has a number of fruit trees and the drive is ample for several cars. The pool area is very private and optimally orientated for the sun with covered eating area providing shelter from the sun adjacent to the BBQ area. All bedrooms, lounge and dining area have air conditioning/heating and all have patio doors leading to the pool and outside area.





There is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom offering double basin unit with shaver point, WC, bath and walk in shower. There are two further twin bedrooms which share the use of a further bathroom with double basin unit with shaver point, WC and walk in shower. For convenience there is also an entrance WC. The lounge is light, spacious and comfortable offering TV, DVD and a large selection of books. Doors from the dining area lead to a cool inner courtyard with seating and stairs leading to the roof terrace which offers stunning views of the surrounding area and sea. The private swimming pool is 9x4.5 meters.

Unloved Villa. Needs Improving

The Villa is very tried and in need of upgrading. The kitchen appliances and cutlery is so old and needs replacing. You could not even read the dials on the cooker. The bed divans are thread bear and bedding and mattress are a poor quality. The out side furniture needs replacing and was dirty. So sun beds were unusable. Generally the villa seemed unloved and has just been used. The villa needs updating to match the other villa in the area we have stayed in. Great Location but the villa needs investing in. No maid turned up during our visit which was disappointing after we had a blocked drain which flooding the master bedroom and bathroom. Luckily we had a spare room for the night. The property manger was very helpful.

Superb Villa

The area and the villa itself is beautiful, full of peace and tranquillity.The villa is spotless and the pool is amazing. We only stayed 5 nights and the cleaners came round. Everything you need is at the villa. Wifi is very good and English tv channels. I would definitely stay again and fully recommend to anybody.

A spacious villa with a large pool, lovely roof space and quadrant area.

The villa is on a quiet beautiful estate , with a few restaurants within walking distance . A car is necessary to appreciate the fabulous coastline , and locality, there is much to see in a short distance . We had a family holiday and the villa was perfect for 3 couples . The bathrooms were great and beds very comfortable , but the outdoor furniture and kitchen could do with upgrading . We had a great holiday .

Maison très spacieuse et super bien située pour les visites entre l’ouest et l’est de l’Algarve. Magnifiques plages à quelques minutes de voiture. La piscine est grande, nous en avons profité tous les jours Le ménage hebdomadaire est appréciable. Nous y avons passé de très belles vacances.

Fantástica experiencia

El alojamiento es una verdadera pasada. Está enclavado en una urbanización en la que no se oye un ruido, la distancia a la playa más cercana son apenas 10 min andando. Por otro lado la limpieza y lo nuevo que estabas todo destaca en este tipo de alojamientos. Por último la atención de los responsables de la agencia es exquisita, y contestan siempre con ganas de ayudar y mucha rapidez. Muy recomendable.

La maison est comme décrite dans l'annonce, pas de mauvaises surprises.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison très bien située et dans un quartier calme. Petit bémol, que des chaines anglaises disponible à la télé. Je relouerai cette maison avec grand plaisir.

Das Ferienhaus am Ende einer Sackgasse haben wir sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Badetücher und Strandtücher für uns alle waren vorhanden. Dieser Service erfreute uns sehr. Die Reinigungskraft in der Wochenmitte war eine freudige Überraschung für uns. Die kinderfreundliche Ausstattung der Küche und der Schlafzimmer als auch das Strandspielzeug zum Ausleihen fanden wir sehr gut. Der zweistufig tiefe Pool fand vor allem bei den Kindern großen Zuspruch. Für uns hätte er im Monat März eine Heizung haben dürfen.
