Also within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym. Carvoeiro is a five minute drive to the west and offers many more restaurants, shops and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.



The villa comprises three bedrooms. The large master double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, bath, heated towel rail and double sink unit. There is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share the use of a large bathroom with bath and overhead shower and heated towel rail. There is also an entrance WC. All bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes and have patio doors leading to an outside private terrace and heated swimming pool.



There is a spacious living area with SKY TV, CD player and log burining stovewith ample comfortable seating. Patio doors lead from the living area to the pool. The dining area has a marble dining table and seating for six people. Patio doors lead from the dining area to an inner patio with BBQ and outdoor seating area with stairs leading to the roof terrace which has sea views and can be used for sun bathing or watching the sun set.



Air conditioning and heating units are offered throughout the villa making it ideal for holidays at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishawasher, integrated fridge/freezer, oven, microwave etc. Overall, the villa has been lovingly furnished to an extremely high standard with modern style and taste.



Externally there is a fabulous heated swimming pool with built in stone steps and surrounded by the terrace which has plenty of room for sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a further BBQ and a choice of seated eating areas. Surrounding the property is the splendid colourful garden with native plants and shrubs. There is ample parking for several cars on the private driveway.

The photos, reviews and information really don’t do this villa justice!We stayed for 10 days at the end of July with 5 adults including daughters age 20 and 18. The villa was perfect - spacious, clean, modern, well laid out with lovely furniture inside and out. It is wonderfully equipped with a great choice of serving bowls and an assortment of crockery and kitchenware. There really is everything you need, and more!The outdoor terrace and roof terrace are great for meals, including bbq, relaxing and admiring the view!The tv set up was great, especially as whilst we were there we had the Women’s Euro’s final, test cricket and the Lions rugby!The pool area is amazing! Great size with plenty of shade. The area itself is lovely. Only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, with several others an easy drive away. We went to Carvoeiro most nights as there was live music in the square and plenty of nice restaurants and bars to choose from. It would’ve been nice to have a guest book with recommendations of restaurants and things to do, but that’s my only suggestion. The management company were fantastic, dealing quickly and efficiently with a couple of minor issues, and providing clean towels, bedding and cleaning during our stay. Thank you, Casa Adante for a wonderful holiday.

Double booking caused late villa change

We had booked Casa Adante 12 months in advance of our stay. 6 weeks before arrival after 2nd payment made we were offered an alternative villa due duplicate booking. The agency Elite rentals were not overly sympathetic. The villa we stayed at had been remodelled and in the first few days there were issues with the property which were resolved but caused us wasted time and frustration which can never be made up. The 2 main bedrooms bathrooms and kitchen are fine. The 3rd bedroom and bathroom have to be reached through the kitchen. The glass door from the kitchen provides no privacy for those in the 3rd bedroom who have to cross the corridor to use the bathroom. This bathroom also needs to be re refitted apparently.The area outside this bedroom is the only place to store laundry items (iron, ironing board, anirers and pan and brush)as no cupboard is available. The lounge and dining area is not sufficiently equipped for 6 or 7 people to stay. The settee which doubles as a put you up can seat max of 4 very friendly people. The dining table is a similar situation. The owner obviously relies on people using the outside furniture however on a wet day in the villa space will be limited if numbers exceed 4 persons. I would not be happy to use this villa again.
