Casa da Saudade is a beautiful property and a new listing as of May 2023. A stunning blend of modern and traditional, the villa is well positioned within walking distance of the town centre and the beach.



The outside areas offer plenty of space to relax, unwind and make the most of the Algarve weather. The villa has a private, heated swimming pool (pool heating costs extra) which is bordered by a large terrace equipped with sun loungers and a comfy seating area under a pergola. There is also a charcoal barbecue under a separate covered terrace with table and seating for alfresco dining.



The villa comprises in the main villa of open plan living / dining area, a very spacious and fully fitted kitchen, WC, bar, cosy mezzanine seating area, 2 twin bedrooms, family bathroom and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate annex comprising of double bed and TV seating area, kitchenette and bathroom with walk-in shower.



A large carport offers shaded parking for 2 cars and there is also an abundance of parking space on the driveway. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer adjacent to a terrace with clothes horse.



The villa has dual air conditioning / heating units throughout. There is fibre optic wi-fi, a Smart TV and Portuguese cable. Cots and highchairs are available on request.



Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town which hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months and boasts an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and activities.



A short 10 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 20 minute drive.



Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.
