Comfortably furnished and well decorated, this bright villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a landscaped garden with several seating options, a grill, a private pool (heatable at extra cost) and a roof terrace with lounge furniture. The bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and there is underfloor-heating for the colder days.



During the winter season (November till March) the enery costs will be charged separately, according to consumption.
