This character-filled villa sits gracefully on a spacious plot, surrounded by a picturesque garden featuring Mediterranean flora, including plants, trees, and shrubs. The centerpiece is a private swimming pool that measures 9 x 4.5 meters, complete with a Roman staircase for easy access.



Accommodation at Villa Bodo Prestige includes four bedrooms, where two feature comfortable double beds and the remaining two offer twin single beds. The villa also offers two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink, accessible from the ground floor double bedroom.



Inside the villa, guests will find a cozy living room, complete with a fireplace and stove, a television with an Xbox game console, and comfortable seating in the form of two two-seater sofas and separate stools. There is also a vide area for additional entertainment. The living room is air-conditioned and opens onto a separate terrace enclosed with a glass sliding wall.



A modern, high-gloss white kitchen awaits, fully equipped with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee machine (both filter and cups), kettle, hand blender, orange press, and blender. In addition to the ground floor double bedroom, the villa boasts a second double bedroom upstairs with air conditioning and stunning sea views that overlook the swimming pool. Two more bedrooms on this floor feature twin single beds and share a bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, and double sink.

Included in the rental price are towels and linen, including pool towels, as well as the use of gas, water, and electricity. Air conditioning, end-of-stay cleaning, and the provision of a cot and high chair for added convenience are also part of the package.



Not included in the rental price is obligatory heating of the house at €175 (applicable between November 1 and March 31). A security deposit of €450 is required for your peace of mind during your stay at Villa Bodo Prestige.
