Casa do Levante is a villa located in the family condominium of Aldeia do Levante.
Conserving the typical features of a traditional Algarve villa, Casa do Levante features an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for the preparation of its meals.
The living and dining room area has a small terrace where guests may enjoy their breakfast in peace and quiet.
On the ground floor, there are three spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people, one of which has a double bed, the second has two single beds and the third family-type bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. All the rooms have direct access to the garden area.
For guests' convenience, the Villa has a bathroom with bath and two bathrooms with shower, one of them ensuite.
On the upper floor there is the laundry area and the terrace with barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals outside overlooking the sea while watching the sunset.
The pool area has a shower and the fact that it is fenced and monitored in the months of July and August makes it ideal for families with children, ensuring you peace of mind and safety.
In the front area of the villa we can find a private parking space for one car, however you may find other public parking spaces next to the villa.
For a greater comfort for guests, the villa provides internet access (wifi) and a safe deposit box.

Excellent location

As advertised by our extremely courteous host, the location is magnificent right on top of a lovely beach that remains less crowded even on peak season. Highly recommended for both adults and families. 5 stars on all categories.

Perfect Algarve getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Algarve, and this villa did not disappoint. It is spacious and well equipped. The photos really do not do it justice. As a family of seven, we didn't feel cramped at all with three large bedrooms and bathrooms. Just watch out for the shower heads - if pointed the wrong way you'll get water all over the floor. It is one minute from a shared pool, which was lovely and never busy. 5 minutes walk (down steep stairs) from a picture perfect Algarve beach. 10-15 minutes walk to main restaurants and small shops and a 15-20 minute walk to a main supermarket. We didn't hire a car for this holiday and it wasn't a problem. We'll be back!

two weeks stay with 4 children and 4 adults

We loved our stay and thought that the property was actually much nicer than the photos. Very spacious and clean and a wonderful location. Just a short walk from restaurants and shops and the beautiful Beach but nice and away from from the busy crowded areas. Very peaceful. The pool is really lovely and the deep end is very deep so the older children managed to learn some new diving skills while the younger children enjoyed the shallower end. The roof terrace area is very spacious and perfect for barbecues and plenty of space for drying washing and towels! We would recommend and would love to stay again.

Een prachtig mooi huis, super schoon, compleet ingericht en van alle luxe voorzien! De locatie is perfect; 50 mtr en trap naar het strandje, rustig gelegen met keurig verzorgde tuin. Op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. Als welkom een schaal met sinaasappelen op tafel!! Zeer vriendelijke en attente eigenaar! Absoluut een aanrader, alle lof voor Mr. Ivo da Silva Bispo!!!

Casa bien equipada y ubicada con graves problemas de fontanería

La casa está muy bien equipada pero el segundo día salía agua debajo del váter y había muy mal olor en toda la planta dormitorios avisamos por la mañana y vinieron a última hora de la tarde. Si bien solucionaron el atasco, todos los desagües evacuan lentamente el agua y el mal olor a tubería se hizo notar varios días de los dieciséis que estuvimos. Se va caminando a la playa y a unos preciosos acantilados. En la piscina comunitaria no hay tumbonas tan sólo la piscina rodeada de suelo de piedra.
