Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish home with sea view. Casa do Verde is a luxury 2 bedroom townhouse and is the most luxury unit in the Presa de Moura Resort. At just 5 minutes drive from Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, Casa do Verde was completely renovated in 2022. It is bright, spacious and very comfortable, fully air conditioned and has free wifi and is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden with a large shared outdoors swimming pool. Just a few minutes away from lovely beaches.
The two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. Big sliding doors in the bedrooms give you access to the garden and the terrace with a seating area and sun beds to enjoy the quiet and the sun. The living room, kitchen and dining room are on the first floor. The large balcony with dining table offers a beautiful look over the gardens, swimming pool and the ocean. The swimming pool is just 25 meters away!
As a guest you have exclusive access to the entire townhouse. You also may use all the facilities of the resort like the outdoor swimming pool, the jacuzzi (closed in July and August), the gym, the playground and restaurant.
Casa do Verde is perfect for a family holiday or a romantic gate away. It is also great for long stays in the winter times as it is very bright and sunny. The large table in the dining room makes it perfect to set up your computer to work from home. Check our special rates for long stays!
