New Listing! Ocean View Home near 2018 Beach of the Year!

From the upstairs terrace you have 40 degree ocean view and along the way you can see the entire village. Beautiful trees everywhere! You will never be outside without the birds chirping. If you are a bird lover this terrace is all yours. We often sit up there in our bathing suits, listening to some good music, adoring the Sun Gods and thanking our lucky to stars to call this home.
Upstairs hosts a large bedroom and beds can be modified to a KING or sleep 2 people separately in single beds. Upstairs bathroom has a stand up shower only.
The upstairs bedroom is mostly glass windows but curtains give you the option to sleep in after a delicious dinner and maybe catching some funky music at one of the bars in town. A/C and Heater if needed.

During the day guests usually leave the sliding glass doors and windows open and find the house to be very comfortable. The curtains are so beautiful blowing in the wind.

Bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and relaxation bath/shower combo with beautiful stone on the walls.

Futon couch in living room converts to a double bed to sleep an extra guest or to lounge when it is too hot to sit outside in the sun!

Downstairs we also have another terrace with picnic table and 4 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or home cooked meals!

Downstairs bedroom also has a private terrace overlooking our community garden full of flowers!

We have stairs entering the house. It is a 12 step spiral so our home isn’t the right fit for anyone that would have a difficulty getting up them. There is a hand rail up. Golden Club also has a beautiful garden that is also a short cut and a much nicer walk into town. It is about a 15 minute walk downhill to the town of Carvoeiro where you will find shopping, amazing restaurants and recently voted BEST BEACH IN EUROPE for 2018!

We have created a binder for guests with maps, restaurants, sites and emergency info. We can also support you in airport pickups if you need at much better prices than advertised. From Faro airport Taxi will be about €80. Our service is €50.

We want you to enjoy our little slice of heaven and try our best to offer as much or as little as a guest wants. In some cases we will be traveling and have someone caring for our home if anything were needed.

In addition, depending on the time of day and the amount of local internet traffic, at times the wifi can be slower than usual. Generally speaking the internet only slows down between the hours of 4-6 which is our favorite time of day here because we are enjoying the lowering sun and preparing for a delicious dinner. All internet in the village is the same as they all run off of the same wifi towers.

We are very easy going people that moved here from South Florida this year. I have surf boards, a paddle board, bicycles and other fun toys.
