The Villa Sunrise is a fantastic holiday home located in a quiet residential area, situated just 1.3 kilometres from the centre of Carvoeiro and its famous beach. With a private pool and a spacious garden, Villa Sunrise is an excellent choice for a relaxing family holiday.



The property accommodates 6 + 2 people and has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (with private bathroom) and 2 twin bedrooms (one of the rooms has access to a spacious terrace with wonderful views), as well as 2 additional bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, dishes and utensils, toaster and refrigerator.



The living/dining room is spacious, inviting you to enjoy a meal or relax with family and includes a television, free Wi-Fi and large doors that open to the pool area. The house is also equipped with air conditioning.



Outdoors, the property is fully fenced and offers good privacy. A spacious garden with a large private pool and sun loungers allow you to fully enjoy the Algarve sun. There is also an outdoor barbecue and a good area where you can enjoy meals overlooking the pool.



The property is located a short distance from the village of Carvoeiro where you will find several restaurants and bars, supermarkets a short drive away, as well as the beautiful Carvoeiro Beach.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Easy access to bars, restaurants and beach

Good points: Lovely villa and outside space. Walking distance (15 / 20 minutes) to the Square and a further 10 to town. Uber is cheap (under €5 each way) and readily available if you don’t want to walk. Negative points: The mattress in the Master bedroom could do with replacing as could the outside tables as they weren’t really fit for purpose Building work is also going on (Monday to Fridays) and villas are being built overlooking the pool area which isn’t evident from the photos All said though I would recommend this villa

Perfect house next to a large constuction site

Nice house, but the weekdays were full of noise and hinder of the constuction site. After my compaint that this should be mentioned in the advert because of the size and duration of the constuction site ( several blocks and several years). The agent went silent.
