Lovely house with a great view

We especially enjoyed the walks to the beautiful beaches and coastline, and the lovely views. The house was well equipped, though there were some issues with electricity which the owner informed us about before we arrived and hopefully the Electricity company will fix in the near future.

A fabulous week!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Albandeira! The villa itself is lovely and very well equipped! We were very happy to arrive to a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge! The view of the sea from the pool was a lovely scene to wake up to every morning. Lots of lovely beaches a short drive away and we even walked to one which only took about 20 minutes. Spent a few days/nights in Carvoeiro which was a lovely town with a nice beach and restaurants. Supermarkets about 10 mins away by car with everything you could need. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to visit again one day.

Beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Albandeira. The house, swimming pool and garden are beautiful and comfortable. It’s well located near some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Lots of Fun

Great for outdoor entertaining and BBQ poolside Power tripped as warned by the owner but easily restored Wifi was good Pool was warm and really nice with elec cover Shame there is not a guest toilet and also two of the bedrooms not being ensuite made it trickier The basement 5th room was really nice, if it had aircon installed would have made a really nice den but without it unfortunately became not habitable with mosquitos Kitchen was well equipped The road to the villa was quite rough and dirt track with big pot holes in places, so drive carefully with hire cars Supermarket a few miles away in Porsches and restaurants we would drive to nearby villages Overall an EXCELLENT stay. A few minor negatives being overwhelmed by many POSITIVES We enjoyed it very much, thanks

Beautiful place for a family vacation

We loved this place, beautiful views and lots of space for our family of 6. The pool was warm thanks to the pool cover. Easy access to area's attractions. Cons: The access road has deep potholes that could damage your car if you are not careful. The sizes of beds are not American size KING. The jacuzzi is not included in the cost.

Relaxing and beautiful surroundings

We really enjoyed our stay at casa Albandeira, communication with the owner and agent was very good. Location was beautiful, walk to the coast takes a good 20mins once you know the route. Road up to the villa is quite bumpy as we had a lot of rainfall whilst staying. Plenty of inside and outside space to relax and unwind. We did have an issue with the power to the property which is an ongoing issue but I am Sure will be resolved soon! Thank you Laurent.

Beautiful, isolated villa.

Great home situated just a few miles outside Carvoeiro with stunning uninterrupted views toward the ocean. The villa and pool are superb & finished to a high standard & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great bbq area and outdoor dining space which we used each day for all our meals. However the fifth “garden” bedroom is actually below the house & contains no air con, there were also no shelves, wardrobes or even hangers in the room with just the floor to unpack on, not ideal for a two week break. The games room was locked and only accessible via the local agent, this contained the table tennis etc but this was sorted promptly.

Lovely stay

The Villa appears to have been recently refurbished and so has lovely swimming pool, garden and patio area. We loved the place and would love to return. We had an unfortunate issue with the Villa being double booked for the first night (a calendar mistake by the owner) but the owner was very quick to resolve it and very apologetic. The rest of the stay went very well. Thanks

Wonderful Stay in the Algarve

Wonderful home located close to the towns of Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêra, as well as numerous beaches easily accessible. The home is in a very private area with beautiful south views. The pool was perfect for our children - shallow areas to play and space to swim - and the property grounds are plentiful for outside gatherings, or just enjoying the day/evening views. The house has all necessary amenities for an extended stay and close to supermarkets, family playgrounds like Slide and Splash, and ports for boat tours of the coastline. We also ordered food delivery one night without any issues. In addition to a lovely stay, the owner was very hospitable, quick to communicate with, and made our family´s stay as easy as possible.

Ravi de notre séjour à la Casa Albandeira. Communication et échange avec le propriétaire fluide et agréable. La vue, la piscine, le jaccuzi et la maison dans son ensemble rendent le séjour unique. Cette villa perdue au milieu de la végétation avec 0 vis à vis et la vue mer est juste incroyable (levé et coucher de soleil sont à tomber). Pour les marcheurs / randonneurs première plage à 2km par les sentiers. Pour les coureurs spot incroyable une fois sur la côte on peut partir côté Carvoeiro ou côté Amaçao da pera avec plusieurs dizaines de km à faire le long des falaises. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette sublime maison propre, calme et très bien située. Elle est facilement accessible, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, et décorée avec goût. Le propriétaire a été à l’écoute, disponible et très réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une très belle adresse où je reviendrai sans hésiter. Je recommande vivement !

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschöner Außenanlagen , weniger gut, ein Schlafzimmer ist außerhalb der Villa, neben der Waschküche. Der Hausverwalter war sehr wohlwollend, wir durften bis 14:30h auschecken. Leider hatten wir häufig Stromausfall,, entsprechend fiel der Whirpool auch aus, Die Reinigung der Liegestühle und Whirpool ließ sich zu wünschen übrig.Der Außenpool war sehr sauber und 2x wöchentlich gereinigt👍Wäscheständer war kaputt und es gab keinen Wäschertrockner

Parfaite pour 4 chambres mais pas de 5ème chambre en été... or nous en avions besoin...

Oui La localisation est parfaite : Au calme mais a proximité de carvoeiro et armacao de pera... La vue est magnifique - Mer à 180° - Waouh... La maison est entièrement rénovée et très jolie... CEPENDANT 1° nous avions besoin de 5 chambres et nous n'avons même pas tenté d'utiliser la 5ème chambre... Car elle n'a pas d'air conditionné donc il est inenvisageable d'y dormir pour la période d'été au Algarve... Donc l'un des hotes à dû dormir sur un lit d'appoint pendant une semaine... Pas très haut de gamme comme expérience client... 2° La maison a un "souci" électrique, le disjoncteur se déclenche très régulièrement... Je suis désolé mais même si le propriétaire a rédigé toute une procédure et est très facilement joignable... Personnellement je ne loues pas une villa pour avoir ce type de désagrément... Je penses que le problème électrique doit être réglé avant la mise en location. Une fois ces sujets réglés la maison sera parfaite pour des vacances au calme...

Magnifique Villa !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Laurent est un hôte charmant et très réactif. Nous y reviendrons volontiers à la belle saison afin de pouvoir profiter pleinement de l’extérieur et ses équipements (les soirées étant encore trop fraîches en février)
