Elegant Villa with pool and enjoyable views of the surrounding area and Atlantic Ocean.In a peaceful location this large detached villa offers an excellent standard, comfortably accommodating family groups or friends of up to 8 adults plus babies/small children.The impressive hallway has a beautiful wrought iron spiral staircase.In the spacious living-dining area two comfortable sofas, chairs, fireplace, Cable TV and a dining set with seating for eight people.Patio doors lead onto the large terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and garden.On the terrace a BBQ and large outside table with seating for ten, prepare a delicious meal and enjoy relaxed dining.The fully fitted country style kitchen has a central island unit, granite worktops and is well equipped. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and direct outside access.There are four double bedrooms; each double bed has two individual mattresses with sumptuous mattress toppers. The beds are adjustable allowing you to sit, relax, snooze and sleep in comfort.On the ground level two twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace, garden and pool.One good sized bathroom with separate shower and a further shower room with bidet.On the first floor there are two double bedrooms each with patio doors that lead to a sun terrace, from here views over the pool and out to the Ocean.The Master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a glamorous en suite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate rain shower, basin with mirror.The twin bedroom has an en suite shower room and fitted wardrobe.The terrace has rattan seating - relax with a good book, aperitif and fresh air!The neat 1000m2 garden is fully enclosed with wrought iron fencing and an automatic gate; here you have a sun terrace, sun loungers and poolside shower.The 10m x 5m swimming pool has a shallow end with steps. The pool will have heating installed from Autumn 2025.The picturesque village of Carvoeiro is a pleasant 15 minute stroll from the villa. Once a quiet fishing village, it became attractive to artists in the 1960's and is now a popular seaside resort. The charming atmosphere and character of old Carvoeiro is still very much present with couples, families and groups of holidaymakers.Carvoeiro has five gorgeous sandy beaches. The village beach of glorious golden sand is sheltered by dramatic cliffs. Next to the beach you have a good choice of cafes and restaurants. Wander through the pretty streets and visit a range of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.For fun days out; Slide and Splash water park, slides and water based activities for children and adults. Zoo marine has interesting presentations, marine animals including dolphins, sea lions, seals, birds of prey and reptiles.Algar Seco is a wonderful rock formation, carved out by the wind and the sea and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.If you fancy a round there are three local golf courses Gramacho, Pinta and Vale de Milho.
