Villa Colom is set on a small private estate overlooking the gorgeous Praia Grande sandy beach. This charming beach villa offers stunning sea views, with the large furnished terrace being the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine, or over dinner from the barbecue area. The house has been refurbished to a really high standard.
The house has been completely refurbished into a modern and contemporary one-level beach villa. Well-equipped, with beach-chic interiors, the property is decorated in neutral colours throughout, with fun pops of colour.
Living Area: The open plan living area with dining table and kitchen leads out to a terrace through glass doors. The living area has a lovely fireplace, and the property also has air conditioning for warmer days. The beach chic feel in Villa Colom is felt inside and out.
Kitchen: The open plan, bright kitchen is well equipped with all budding chef’s needs. The kitchen has been done to a very high standard and the light from the open plan floor sweeps through this room. You have a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, blender and much more.
Bedrooms: You will find 3 bedrooms in the villa. You have one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are bright, spacious and very airy.
Bathrooms: There are three bathrooms in Villa Colom, all of which are en-suites. The double bedroom has a large en-suite with step in shower. The second bedroom, the first of the two twin bedrooms, has a large step in shower. The third bedroom has a shower room. All shower rooms are finished to an extremely high standard. On the ground floor there is as well a utility room.
Outside: The gardens lead down to the private pool with 10x4 metres (0,8 to 1,2 metres deep) with roman steps and patio area, with a gentle stroll a little further through the gardens taking you to the beach, accessed by a gate.
Other Information: The rental price includes pool towels; a welcome pack and a baby cot and highchair can be available upon request. There are some unprotected drops from various terraces and around the swimming pool - young children would need to be supervised at all times.
Location wise this house is fantastic, just located 500m away over the water is located the Praia da Rocha Marina. During summer months, this Marina can obviously produce noise.
Maid Service: 2 hours maid service 4 days a week, including Saturdays and except bank holidays. The changeover day is Saturday.
