The Space:
Villa Dodola is modern style 5 bedroom villa, located within walking distance to the centre of Ferragudo, a delightful fishing village, with plenty of old world character.


All amenities are close by, with a water slide park and golf courses only a few minutes away, dolphin watching, the marina just across the water (a short river taxi trip across) where you can walk to the beach clubs, Praia da Rocha for a greater selection of restaurants, bars and disco’s, or into Portimão for some sardines or shopping. For motorsport enthusiasts, Portimão autodrome is not far away, with regular events, and a separate karting track.

Upon entering the front door you see directly in front the large open plan dining area and lounge.  The first impressions from the floor to ceiling patio doors is the stunning panoramic views of the river and Portimão. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a feature fire place, and large plasma television. The polished concrete floor adds extra character to this area. Leading off from the dining table is a large modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table. Amenities include an expresso coffee machine, microwave oven, 4 x ceramic hobs, dishwasher, and American style fridge. Alongside, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.


To the left of the entrance there is a guest w/c. This is followed by a double bedroom with patio doors to the garden and an ensuite shower room with a glass door, washbasin, toilet and bidet.


To the right, there a corridor to a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. This corridor also leads to the laundry room and kitchen. 


On the first floor, there is three more bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds (perfect for children) with access to the massive patio area, which has some sitting space to have a drink and look over the beautiful village of Ferragudo.


A children’s (and adults!) games room, with Playstation 5, equipped with sofa and bean bags.


Pool heating is optional at £250.00 per week (7 night minimum charge). 


Upon request, and subject to approval, pets may be allowed.


Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and main living area. Daily cleaning except on the day of arrival, Sundays and public/ bank holidays. 

 Saturday is our preferred changeover day. However, please contact us about other possible changeover days, depending on the time of year.
