Set on the small hilltop across the the Lagos riverfront, this private holiday apartment is a ground-floor unit comprising living room and balcony, equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub/shower and one bedroom with double-sized bed.

The living room has a sofa-bed for 1 extra guest (apartment sleeps a maximum of 3 people).

The apartment has AC and WIFI.

The development has a communal swimming pool, garden area and tennis court, and parking.

Perfect holiday apartment with good access to and around town, and with the Meia-Praia beach and the Marina close by.
