The 90 m2 holiday apartment "Escadinhas", with a very central location, on the edge of the historic center, is located on the third floor of a modern and very well maintained apartment building, with elevator.



The apartment, comfortable and functionally furnished, consists of a living room with sofa bed and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower (one of which has a hydromassage cabin with audio system), and hairdryer, offering space for 6 people

Please, note that the sofa bed is recommended for 2 children or 1 adult up to 1.70m.



Facilities also include Wi-Fi, washing machine, cable TV and fans, heating and ironing board and iron.



Outside, there is a small furnished balcony at your disposal.



You don't need a car in this location: many supermarkets, restaurants and other commercial establishments are nearby and can be reached on foot in a few minutes, namely the Historic Center (800m), Praia da D. Ana (800m), 2 beautiful beaches (Praia dos Estudantes, Praia do Pinhão) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (800m).



The car journey to/from Faro airport takes around half an hour (32 km), and you can also use public transportation.



Free public parking is available nearby. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets up to 15kg are allowed upon payment of an additional fee.
