Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
the property is significantly different from what was advertised and has failed to provide the amenities and accommodations that
were promised.
Since checking in, we have experienced multiple serious issues, including:
- The washing machine is not working.
- The TV is not working
- The Wi-Fi has been unavailable throughout our stay and, despite reporting the issue, it has still not been repaired.
- There is no access to the swimming pool, even though it was advertised as an available amenity and was one of the reasons we chose this property.
- The apartment has a strong, unpleasant odor that has made our stay extremely uncomfortable.
- The check-in process was highly inconvenient and was not disclosed in the listing. We had to take an Uber from the train station to a check-in
office located far from the apartment, and then a second Uber from the
office to the apartment, resulting in additional expenses and unnecessary
inconvenience.
These issues demonstrate that the property was materially misrepresented.
The advertised amenities were either unavailable or nonfunctional, and the
overall condition of the apartment did not meet the expectations created by
the listing.
We paid for accommodations based on the information provided at the time of
booking, but what was delivered fell far short of those promises. As a
result, our vacation has been significantly disrupted.
