I was welcome properly and able to communicate with the host. Her response was prompt. I did not appreciated the fact that I was not informed ahead of my check-in that I will be sharing apartment with someone else. That was uncomfortably awkward. The TV in the living room does not work. I informed the host and she apologized. The AC works. The room was cozy and clean. I appreciate having a working tv in the room. Kitchen was well equipped and pure water provided to help with cooking and brushing my teeth. The balcony was added value. Overall, my biggest plus was the host response.
