3 bedroom townhouse, part of a quiet residential area, at the entrance of the village of Burgau, a few minutes walk from the centre and all local shops as well as the beach.



Access through the small gate in the entrance courtyard. Parking area on the street (no end street).



Casa Boa Vida has 2 floors: Ground floor with entrance area and living room with very comfortable furniture and TV (smart HD TV), with Yutube, Netflix and other services. You only have to enter your access to enjoy these services.



The living room gives access to the kitchen, with cupboards in L shape. It is equipped with electric induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher and combined refrigerator. Microwave oven and various other small appliances. Enough crockery, glasses and cutlery for 6 people. Some plastic tableware for the children.



Laundry room, access from the kitchen, with washing machine, ironing board, iron and other useful cleaning items.



Dining area and access to the back terrace. This terrace spans the width of the living room and is furnished with an outside dining table, some sun loungers and a sun umbrella. Here you can enjoy alfresco dining, sunbathing and swimming in the small swimming pool.



Bathroom with shower cubicle.



From the living room, up the wooden staircase to the first floor we have the bedroom area:



Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190), wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x190) and wardrobe.

Both bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto the balcony overlooking the countryside and over the pool terrace at the back of the house.



In the entrance hall, full bathroom with shower cubicle.



Bedroom 3 with double bed (160x200), wardrobe and chest of drawers. En-suite bathroom, complete with shower cubicle.



Access to terrace overlooking the front street and the countryside further out on the horizon.

Is not allowed to charge electric car at the property facilities.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
