Up the steps to the second floor (no lift), the staircase landing is shared with 2 other flats.



The main door opens into the very bright living room, equipped with 2 sets of comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV and dining table with chairs for 4.



The living room opens directly onto a south-facing balcony with excellent ocean views.

You can enjoy this space for outside dining. Table with chairs and manually operated awning.



Fully fitted kitchen with built-in cupboards, electric oven, ceramic hob, combination fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Full bathroom with bath.

Small storage room in the hallway, kept locked for the exclusive use of our cleaning team.

Bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe. Window overlooking the garden and the sea.

Great position, great views and quiet part of town

The apartment was clean and well presented. Everything worked and there was even a washing machine. The beds and sofas were comfy. Short walk to the beach and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet

Tolles Appartment mit herrlichem Blick

Wir haben das Apartment sehr genossen. Gute Ausstattung, modern, sauber und funktional in schöner Anlage mit wunderbarer Terrasse und Blick auf das Meer. In unmittelarer Nähe sind 1A Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, es gibt ein tolles Geschäft für Fisch und französische Backwaren und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
