Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It’s difficult to rate this hotel. They couldn’t find our booking information and we were unable to get in touch with expedia. This was fraud. I paid in full and they couldn’t find our reservation. we had to pay for one night because we didn’t know where to go. This is unacceptable.
