Apartment downstairs, with independent entrance.plus at least (200m2). Very spacious perfect for more than one family. Terrace with view to the garden and the sea where you can have your meals or just relax. Very good location just 150m from the beach and 100m from the communal pool with ocean view. The centre of Lagos and just a 10 minute walk away so you can leave your car alone during the holidays.
Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included in the price (change of linen at the end of every seven nights, and cleaning of the apartment)).
Apartment equipped with fire blanket, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors.

We stayed here from early January till the end of March and greatly enjoyed this condo. It's spacious, well-equipped, has good appliances, and a wonderful cleaning crew comes once a week and does a thorough job. The condo was always well heated. The area is very safe, and very quiet. From the living room you can see the ocean and I always enjoyed the spectacular sunrises. Communication with Maria and her property manager was always quick and easy. The Old Town is 5 minutes away across the street. The beaches and the famous cliff formations and boardwalk of the Algarve are almost part of the property. We didn't use the pool since it's not heated in winter, and the tennis court is under repair, but we knew this ahead of time. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo for a couple, a family, or two couples.

Superb property. Could not fault the apartment at all. We had 3 adults & 2 children and there was plenty of space, inside and out, for all of us. Really well equipped apartment (although I could not find an iron). Some lovely touches too, like beach toys for the children, card games and up to date maps of the area.We really enjoyed our holiday here. Lagos is a lovely town and the apartment is so well positioned for everything. Relaxing after busy days on the lovely terrace with sea views - what more could you want?

Wonderful place and location. We were a family of 7. For awareness those with physical mobility challenges will be difficult to go to pool as there are no elevators, just stairs. Would strongly recommend as proximity to old town and beach was fantastic!

Great apartment - spacious - clean - everything needed for a group of 4 gents on a golfing holiday. Communication with owner was brilliant and they obviously worked hard to allow us an early check in so we didn’t have to carry luggage around all day.Great location just a 15 minute walk to Lagos town - we did catch taxis back but that more a case of enjoying the refreshments too much. It is uphill a bit. We hope to return next year.

We really enjoyed our week in this amazing apartment in a quiet and safe location (security guard on site). It’s really spacious, very clean and incredibly well equipped. The hammock on the terrace was a highlight for my 9 and 13 year olds. There’s a terrace shower room (as well as the 2 indoor bathrooms) which is really handy after a day at the beach. We had a car (parked in the underground car park) which was really handy for supermarket trips and exploring but Ubers are good value for money so it’s not essential. There’s the lovely pool and the Dona Ana beach within a few minutes walk. We ate mostly at restaurants in the old town, generally walking there and back (15 mins stroll each way - uphill on the way. We will definitely return!

Great apartment

The apartment itself was perfect and in a great location, easy access to the beach and a short walk into town. It had all the amenities we needed.What we weren’t told about at the time of booking, was the fact you have to pay 12 euros a day for loungers around the pool, children are not allowed inflatables and the pool area was very grotty and dirty. You also had to buy food/drinks in the bar area to use the toilets, which were vile, no locks or toilet seats.To summarise a great apartment, but if you are looking for a pool holiday, then I would choose somewhere else.

Beautiful condo and views

We loved our time at this property. We are a family of six with kids from 11 to 17. The condo was spacious and had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the pato and the hammock and the ability to do laundry was huge. The short walk to the beach and town made this an ideal location. We would gladly come back here!

Great location with a view of the ocean

Centrally located, walking distance old town, Marina, beautiful boardwalk, bank, grocery store and restaurants. It’s less than a five minute walk to a gorgeous beach. We loved Lagos and this apartment was perfect for us. The people are so kind and friendly. Super safe area. I’d definitely rent this place again.

The location was perfect for us. Close to the water and to Lagos old town. Lagos is our favorite town in the Algarve. Would definitely stay here again. This 4 bedroom apartment had plenty of room for 2 couples. It was well stocked and very clean.

Great place near the beach
