Hotels,com sucks

I paid $51 plus for the one night stay however hotels.com only gave Parklane hotels a fraction of what I paid. The manager of the hotel was upset and made me pay more money for the stay more than the advertised price. Hotels.com screwed up my booking

Bonjour, L’hôtel m’a refusée la réservation hier soir. Ils m’ont dit que ma réservation n’affiche pas sur leur système. De coup je suis allé dans un hôtel. S’il vous plaît, prenez contact avec l’hôtel et voir avec eux. Et faites tout nécessaire pour me rembourser, car ils m’ont pas loger.
