Villa Mariposa is fantastically located above the wonderful long dune beach Meia Praia in an upscale residential area, quiet but not isolated. Only the olive and fig trees growing in the lush garden block the view of the sea. The house has been renovated and now offers its guests air conditioning in all rooms, a modern kitchen and a great covered barbecue area with a view of the pool. The house can be entered via 2 separate entrances, the entrance next to the covered parking space leads into a small living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and bedroom and bathroom en suite. The main entrance leads into the spacious living area with dining area and open kitchen. The two bedrooms and bathrooms (one en-suite) are located at the back of the house. Both areas of the house are connected and are not rented separately.

The pool terrace can be closed off from the sun terrace by a column balustrade and lockable doors for small children. The BBQ area is covered, there are brick benches, granite tables, ideal for enjoying the warm nights outdoors with a glass of wine and fresh fish in peace and watching the sea glitter through the trees.

The beautiful beach and beach restaurants can be reached by car in about 3 minutes, on foot it is about 15 minutes.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
