Well-equipped apartment with sun-drenched balcony

This is a spacious apartment comfortable for four to share. Twin bedded room and comfortable sofa bed in the living area make-up the sleeping accommodation. The bathroom has a shower above the bath, sink toilet and b-day. The kitchen is simply furnished and has a micro-wave, 4 ring induction hob and an oven for cooking, dining table and chairs. Double patio doors access a balcony with good views and sunny aspect.

Please note that while Vrbo may advertise the existence of a Jacuzzi & Sauna as amenities available to users of our apartment, we have no control of their listings. The Jacuzzi & Sauna are no longer in use and that our apartment cannot offer these as amenities.

While the apartment possesses fast broadband, digital nomads and other working travellers to our apartment might wish to note that immediately opposite the apartment is a smart comfortable business-like workspace with attractive views over the pool and its surroundings. Buona posizione, pulizia insufficiente

La posizione è buona, la struttura carina, bella la piscina. L'area fitness con idromassaggio e sauna infestate da blatte, sia vive che morte. Il balcone non utilizzabile perché le blatte erano anche lì, una morta è rimasta per tutto il tempo del soggiorno nell'ingresso del nostro edificio. Ho contattato l'host più volte, ma, oltre a dire di aver informato la struttura, ha fatto ironia dicendo che non poteva controllare la fauna selvatica! Mi ha spedito all'ufficio della struttura aperto una volta a settimana (ormai il soggiorno era quasi terminato) dove ci è stato detto che era stato fatta una disinfestazione e che la pulizia del comprensorio viene fatta solo una volta alla settimana. Quando c'è un problema l'host deve farsene carico; un ospite non può alloggiare in un posto pieno di scarafaggi; un servizio pubblicizzato nell'annuncio (area fitness, idromassaggio, ecc) non può non essere in condizioni tali da essere utilizzata. Molto insoddisfatti

Excellent séjour dans un environnement très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux avec vue piscine et mer situé dans une résidence idéalement située à 5mn de marche de la très belle plage de Porto Mos. Environnement calme très bien entretenu et fleuri, parking fermé. Le propriétaire est reactif et arrangeant. Je recommande.

Appartement spacieux idéalement situé

Bel appartement spacieux dans une très belle résidence calme à seulement 5mn de la superbe plage de Porto Mos. A mon goût il aurait besoin d un rafraîchissement, de plus de modernité. Il faudrait également rajouter des assiettes et des casseroles. Jed est très réactif, accueil facile pour la remise des clefs. J y reviendrais sans hésiter.

DIe Anlage / Appartement wie beschrieben

Zum Appartement: Großzügig als Einraum-Appartement mit separatem Elternschlafzimmer geschnitten. Aus Fenstern in zwei Himmelsrichtungen hatten wir Meeresblick. Die Anlage selbst ist schön gelegen, vor allem der Pool ist sehr einladend. Früher war mal ein Restaurant und wohl auch ein Kiosk vorhanden, nun sind diese Räume veralssen.

UN Appartement avec beaucoup d' espace, très bien situé : (Espace Spa bien, piscine avec vue sur la mer) résidence silencieuse . Si je reloue a Lagos, je garde cette bonne adresse. il manque juste une table a repasser seule point négatif. bye famille pires Rosa

Résidence calme et la piscine est un plus !

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel.Seulement pour les personnes souhaitant cuisiner, il manque un four. La piscine est très agréable et même au mois d août, peu de monde... Loin du tumulte de la ville, peut être un peu trop éloigné si pas de voiture. Location à conseiller.
