Our room was clean and comfortable. We could not figure out the tv. Did we have to pay for it? On our previous visit, parking was free. This time it was $30 per night. The inconsistent presence of someone at the front desk was confusing. I had a hard time making the reservation

It was horrific from filthy dog pee stains on carpet to BUGS crawling on the lightswitch and vanity. No one works there to even complain. I want a refund. My other family members actually fled the property and booked other rooms in Laguna. I had just driven 3 hours from LA to attend my Fathers memorial and funeral the next morning and was exhausted so i stayed but I would of left also!

The front desk is not helpful, asked for a parking receipt, they said no. I don’t like the wash sink is outside of the toilet. People talking outside at night and early morning which is very noisy.

Whoever took the recent photos of this property really deserves an award this property looks nothing like in the photos. $30 for parking every day ! We got an old handicap room. There’s nobody on site. You get two towels, one washcloth. The only thing that was good about the room was the size of it! We ended up leaving the next morning and not staying another night so disappointed

Everyone who worked there was super kind and I like that in the room they gave you earplugs and had a white noise or Ocean Sounds to play at night because it is on PCH -thats a laguna thing …and other hotels are stayed at on the same street didn’t have those extra touches.❤️ I’ll always be coming back here - the beds were super comfortable!! Everything was sparkling clean and anything I asked for it was immediately accomidated. The absolute best part is the rooftop very large recreational seating area, lounge, couches, and pool area with stunning views.

Great stay with spacious room and great view!

Very smooth check in online.Although they have a front desk person if you need assistance. The room was spacious, clean and the view from the rooftop pool area of the beach was beautiful! Jason provided great customer service!
