First of all, I do want to commend the staff for being very friendly and helpful during our one week stay. What I will say next is no fault of the people working there since it mainly deals with the road noise. At night, we hear the cars and trucks on the highway and it's difficult to get sleep if you're a light sleeper. Although the staff tried to move us to a different part of the hotel, the noise levels was the same.
My next issue (again, at no fault of the staff) deals with the pool area being closed. One of the reasons we picked this location was because they had a hot tub. My wife and I like to enjoy relaxing in a jacuzzi or hot tub whenever we travel. But when we got there, we were notified that the pool area was closed. It would be nice if there was a way to see which amenities were not available at the time of booking.
The last issue is that they don't provide complimentary breakfast like most hotels have standard.
Overall, our stay was alright. The people who worked there were great. Hopefully they can address some of these issues. When they do, I'm sure this place will also be great.
