Property was fine. Problem is we vacated morning of 17 May. It's now 28 May and I have yet to receive a refund of the damage deposit. How long does it take for VRBO to process refunds?

Very nice Laguna Niguel property

Nicely decorated, spacious comfortable beds, very clean. Well stocked with everything needed. Nice location close to shopping and just a short drive to the beaches. The host was very quick to help with any questions we had. The welcoming bottle of Prosecco was very nice.

Lovely Family Vacation

My husband, two young kids ( 5 &7 ) and I stayed at the condo for our beach/disney vacation. The condo was a great balance. 35min to Disney. 20 min to Newport where we hit the beach and explored the stunned PCH. The condo with perfect for our family. The kids got their own beds. The TV in the “kids room” was a huge highlight for my 7year old. There were board games. Cute little kids toys, Beach toys, a wagon. It was fantastic. Rosemary was an absolute joy to communicate with. Quick to respond if we had and troubles with parking, kind, generous. The best host. I highly recommend!

Great condo in a perfect location

Loved our stay here! Beautiful and quiet condo close to the beach and all the places we wanted to visit in the area. Very clean with all the amenities we wanted. Host was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the beach chairs and cart for hauling things.

Family Getaway

We stayed at Rosemary’s place for a visit with family who live nearby. This place was ideal for our needs - clean, quiet, well decorated, stocked and maintained and close to everything including Dana Point, Laguna Niguel and Laguna Beach. Rosemary was an excellent host with great communications. We would definitely stay again!

Charming, comfortable, good location

We enjoyed Rosemary’s place. It was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked. We liked the wine refrigerator. I did not cook because we went out to eat and we were busy with family. However, I am a cook and would have been happy with the kitchen. Rosemary even had children’s toys in one of the bedrooms. We would stay there again. Rosemary was available and easy to communicate if we had questions. Thank you Rosemary. We liked your place and we fell in love with Laguna Niguel, Dana Point and the town of Laguna Beach which had great shopping. Salt Creek Beach is beautiful! We would stay there again.

Very nice

Everything was very nice. Rosemary was so easy to communicate with. My only issue was the stairs to get to the unit. I am recovering from knee surgery and had some trouble going down stairs. My fault for not inquiring!

Family spring break

Rosemary’s place is very close to all things Laguna beach. It is also located between Sam Diego and LA so it was easy to do day trips to each of those locations. Her place is very clean. There was everything we needed for the beach and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking. And the beds are super comfy! It was perfect for my sister and I and our teen daughters.

Excellent choice for Laguna Niguel area

My wife and I stayed for 10 days. This condo was well equipped and nicely furnished. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Convenient to area beaches and stores and restaurants. TV has access to Netflix and some other online channels. If you have Apple TV or Roku, suggest you bring it to access local TV stations. We would definitely stay here again, if in the area

Dana Point Anniversary Trip

The condo was wonderful… well appointed and very comfortable. Rosemary is a great host. The location is perfect. It’s close to restaurants, hiking, beach, dolphin cruise, or just relaxing in the jacuzzi! It’s also close to Laguna Beach. We flew into John Wayne Airport which is less than 30 minutes to the condo!!! All in all, it’s a great condo!

Beautiful condo in a great, convenient location!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Rosemary’s condo. Everything was clean & had everything for our needs; toys for our 3 year old, pack n play & highchair for our 1 year old and sand toys for the beach! Rosemary was always very quick to respond. The location was perfect, easy access to Dana Point, Laguna Beach & San Clemente! Would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful Sanctuary

We loved our stay at Rosemary's condo. We've stayed at many rental homes and have never had such a wonderful host. Rosemary's attention to detail and customer service is remarkable and she made our family vacation one to remember. Great Spot for Family

This place was perfect for our family. My wife and I, and our two kids were in town for a wedding. This place was perfectly located. It was super easy and quick to get to Laguna Beach, and the neighborhood had everything we needed nearby. Rosemary made check in very easy, and was great with communication. The house was very nice, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, bright, and fully accommodating to our needs. The pool was fantastic (the weather was not, sadly). Memorable and relaxing.

This property was all it stated plus some. The location to beaches is outstanding from Dana point to Newport and all this amazing places between. Laguna beach! Carona deal mar! Balboa! Stores and shops are all right there too. We will be back next year for another 10 day stay. I would highly recommended this property.
