Welcome to Puamana 153-1, a two-bedroom + loft townhome in the tranquil, gated Puamana community just south of Lahaina. Set on 30 private oceanfront acres, Puamana offers a peaceful alternative to high-rise resorts—just steps from the shoreline and perfectly located for exploring the best of West and Central Maui.

This garden view unit features two upstairs bedrooms and a loft with twin beds, all accessed via a spiral staircase. While the staircase adds architectural interest, it may not be suitable for small children or those with mobility issues. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a half bath, and there is another full bathroom on the main level. The home is air-conditioned with wall units and ceiling fans in every room for added comfort.

153-1 is located on the mauka (mountain-facing) side of Puamana near the highway, yet it remains quiet inside thanks to solid construction. Its central location makes it a great home base for guests planning to spend their days sightseeing, surfing, beach hopping, or exploring Lahaina.

In August 2023, Lahaina experienced a devastating wildfire that impacted 40% of the Puamana community, including our historic Clubhouse and the duplex next door. Despite these challenges, Puamana retains its charm and unique amenities. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a kind setting right at the water's edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific. Guests can also swim at the Dolphin Pool, play tennis or pickleball, or take a three-minute stroll to the shoreline, where the presence of sand varies with the tides and ocean conditions. Surf breaks fronting the community often provide great waves for surfers and body boarders alike.

This unit is just a short drive from the conveniences of Lahaina, including Safeway and Foodland Farms, the renowned Old Lahaina Luau, and a wide range of dining options.
