Queen bed + 2 convertible Serta twins. Full kitchen with everything you need. Laundry on each resort floor (credit card swipe), Central AC, private lanai with mountain views, partial keyhole harbor view & iconic Banyan Tree visible to the left. Beach towels & umbrella provided. Whales visible from the resort November to May, Activity boats can be boarded a couple of blocks away. Known to fellow travelers as a place of retreat and creation.

Store extra beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Resort rules avoid pests: tie top of trash bag, dispose in laundry room bins (by elevators). Larger boxes from Amazon etc. taken down to the bins near the drive exit (Green fence). Close slider door.
Don't worry about standard bed linens, towels, dishes. Excess laundry/ dishes charged @ $25/ hour extra service time. It's a lot of waiting&little storage space for backups. No crusted or burned pans.
You are welcome to leave unopened + unexpired refrigerator, pantry or freezer items. No leftovers please. This makes stretched local worker jobs more difficult.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
