Was located in nice easy location. Close by lots of great hiking trails. Was nice and clean, had everything we needed. The king size bed was comfy, the single pull out bed wasnt bad, the double sized one wasn't comfortable as you could feel the bar in middle but we put all the cushions under the mattress and it made it so comfortable. The pool was nice and the Hot Tub was actually hot and felt amazing. Only downside was that the resort doesn't have glass windows just screen and metal shutters so if your a light sleeper you can hear everyone getting up early for different events, trash truck and other vehicles. We were in the building closet to road. So maybe others might not be so bad.

Our family of 3 loved our staycation. It was so relaxing, such a clean studio unit, and beautiful views. My 5 year old loved the 2 heated pools. I really enjoyed the feel of this location more laided back. I am a vacation rental cleaner and our studio unit was very well kept and everything was equipped. We had NO issues with bugs or the AC unit. We even asked for an extra night stay, we didnt want to leave haha. Thank you all so much and uncle Bobby for welcoming us and checking us in. We will be back soon.

The beach was close, great snorkeling saw a lot of fish near the rocky area. Swimming pools were great. Barbecues at the lawn area very convenient for doing your own cooking. Ceiling fan in our bedroom didn’t work. Over all we loved the place. If you show up late you have to find a Security guard to check in to your room no counter help after 7:00 pm.

Beautiful property, spacious for the 3 of us. My son loved the pool and i loved the close proximity to the beach. Enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel twice during our stay. Bed was pretty comfortable. Had a wonderful stay here!

It was a very nice property to stay at. Everything was clean. The only thing I would have to say negative is that while we were there they had to trim trees and there was really nowhere for anyone to park and that was very inconvenient. But overall, it was very nice place to stay

I think when a customer checks in - please let us know what is expected when we check out - before we came to your resort -we needed o make sure all trash & dishwasher was turned on Thus I looked thru all the paperwork & saw no expectations before leaving..

kids started playing shuffle board around 630 am EVERYDAY right outside our room. the chef at the gazeebo also sang really loud as he walked past our room on his way to work at 7am everymorning. other than being woken up everyday early the stay was good

Very clean and well maintained. Definitely a place to feel like home. Very close to the wonderful Napili bay. Feels more spacious than the other resorts around, especially because of the beautiful garden and the two pools. This is a place with many young families, so there was a little bit of noise level at the pool. But the kids were happy and so it didn’t bother me too much. I am planing to come back next year!
