perfect stay

It was a perfect house. Exactly like the pictures. Nice kitchen with perfect equipment. All around the house places to sit. You can all the time chose for sun or shadow. I am jealous of the sitting chair and the lamp. Good communication with Markus, the host. At first we couldn't make a connection with the wifi. After asking what to do we became a swift and adequate reaction.

Silvester im gemütlichen Börkered

Wir haben in der Hütte den Jahreswechsel verbracht und haben die Gemütlichkeit sehr genossen. Besonders die Kaminwärme und die Sauna haben uns gut gefallen.Man ist in nur 15 Minuten am Meer und kann dort die Seele baumeln lassen.Der Kontakt mit Markus ist sehr angenehm gewesen.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastisch

Das Ferienhaus lässt sich sehr gut beschreiben mit "klein aber ohooooo". Die Ausstattung ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von Küche, über Dusche und Multimedia, alles ist modern und in perfektem Zustand. Wir haben das Haus mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind bewohnt und als Basis genutzt, verschiedene Städte und Ziele in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Dafür war es perfekt. Einer vierköpfigen Familie, die kaum rausgeht, würde hier wohl allerdings die Decke auf den Kopf fallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und direkt. Alles in allem eine fantastische Unterkunft und absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Schwedenhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Es liegt ruhig und idyllisch auf einem Berg. Städte, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine sehr angenehme Wohnatmosphäre. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Anfragen. Leider hatten wir Pech mit unseren Vormietern, die die durchzuführende Endreinigung eher sporadisch erledigt haben.

Der zweite Eindruck ;-)

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Diesmal hatten wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, aber wir konnten uns auf schönes Haus verlassen. Es ist interessant zu sehen, wieviel an dem Haus in einem Jahr getan wird - alte Gartenmöbel verschwinden, die Küche hatte ein paar neue Extras und statt spitzer Ecken nun runde etc., kurz vor der Abfahrt kamen noch ein paar Handwerker vorbei, um die Fenster auszumessen. Es ist schön zu sehen, wie so ein Haus liebevoll gepflegt und weiterentwickelt wird. Auch nett, es war wieder ein Grundstock von allem da. Einfach vor der Abfahrt auffüllen und die Nächsten müssen nicht erstmal ein Kilo Salz und eine Großpackung Spülmaschinentabs kaufen. Anreisen, ankommen und erholen. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit Sauna in wunderschöner Umgebung

Nach super Anfahrtbeschreibung gut gefunden. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist super ausgestattet, nichts hat gefehlt. Besonders schön ist die Sauna mit Panoramablick ins Grüne. Urlaub in Börkered

Wir waren Mitte Oktober für zwei Wochen zum Urlaub in Börkered. Das Haus oben auf dem Berg hat uns (2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder) von Anfang an begeistert. Vor allem war alles Denkbare vorhanden, was man braucht. So ließ sich unsere freie Zeit auch an Tagen ohne Ausflüge abwechslungsreich gestalten. Ob Musik hören, DVD schauen, ein gemütliches Feuer im Schwedenkamin machen, die Sauna nutzen oder einfach im großen Garten Badminton oder Fußball (mit hier vorhandenem Tor zum Aufbauen) spielen. Auch Brettspiele und (deutschsprachige) Bücher und DVDs sind reichlich vorhanden, es kommt keine Langeweile auf. Durch die wirklich gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und Trockner brauchten wir keine megavollen Koffer mitbringen, sondern konnten einfach schnell zwischendurch immer mal Wäsche waschen. Bei Spaziergängen kann man den großartigen, kilometerweiten Ausblick vom Berg genießen. Dafür gab es dann extra eine Nachtwanderung mit den Kindern. Die kleine Schafherde auf der nahegelegenen Koppel war das flauschige I-Tüpfelchen für uns vier 😊. Das Haus liegt ideal für Ausflüge zum nahegelegenen Ostseestrand rund um Båstadt, zum Elchpark Elinge, zum großen See Bolmen in Småland, dem größtem Supermarkt Schwedens Gekås in Ullared oder zum schönen Stadtbummel in Helsingborg. Durch die Nähe zur dänischen Grenze konnten wir unkompliziert Ausflüge dorthin machen. Auch etliche schöne Loppis (schwedische Flohmärkte) im Umkreis haben wir trotz der Nebensaison erkunden können. Kurzum, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Einen kleinen Extradank sprechen wir für die -in Schweden sonst eher untypischen- Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer mit der Glasfront aus. So blieb auch in der dunklen Jahreszeit abends die Privatsphäre gewahrt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte hervorragend.

A small, very well equipped house with lots of opportunities around

We used the house for three weeks together with our two children (2 and 5 years old). The house has a big garden, a separate sauna, a huge patio, very well equipped kitchen, a small grill, a coffee machine for whole beans ;-) - we didn't miss anything. The owner continuously improves the house and uses it from time to time himself. For example, parts of the kitchen are new this year. The house is located in a small village with other houses. We really enjoyed the neighbours. They were super friendly with our children. My son fed every day the sheep and it was okay to enter their pasture. The next supermarket (Willy's) is 12 minutes with the car. A nice beach with a playground for the kids is in Bastad (Mellanvägen). We did some hiking in the nature reserves, visited two elk parks (Smålandet Markaryds Älgsafari and Elinge Älgpark) and made a canoe tour. There are lots of possibilities. The contact with the owner was easy. We just called him and he helped us immediately (we needed an extra chair for our small daughter). Even the upfront communication was great. Some days after our arrival, he arrived too in his other house. We joint him for a visit of the other house and it was great. The biggest event for my son was, when he was allowed to climb together on a (flat) roof which was renewed at the time. Summary: a nice house with lots of opportunities in the surroundings and a great host who was very child friendly. In our case, we had three very relaxed weeks.

Das Ferienhäuschen liegt idyllisch und war dank präziser Wegbeschreibung leicht zu finden. Der große Garten war schön für die Kinder. Innen war alles top eingerichtet, auf diesem Niveau findet man selten Ferienwohnungen: Sauber, schnelles Internet, eine 1a-Espressomaschine, ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe alles in hoher Qualität, Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner (die Sauna haben wir nicht benutzt). Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Rundum zufrieden!

Stress im Alltag - absolute Ruhe in Laholm

Was soll ich dazu sagen? Wir haben zehn Tage Genuss pur bekommen. Ein wunderbar ausreichendes Haus, Holzofen, Fasssauna und Wald. Wenn man Lust auf Weite und Meer hatte war man in 20 Minuten an der Ostsee und wenn es einen in die Stadt zog, war man in 2 Stunden (das ist wenig in Schweden) in Göteborg einer unglaublich schönen Stadt. Das Haus selbst, ist komplett aus Holz gebaut, entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und wird ganz wunderbar mit Holz geheizt. Für die Menschen die kein Feuer mehr an bekommen, gibt es auch eine Elektroheizung. Die Küche ist bis ins letzte Detail ausgestattet. Ihr hattet sogar Gewürze zur Verfügung da! Einfach nur cool. Die Bettwäsche war frisch gewaschen, es gab wunderbar große Sauna- und Badetücher dazu und eine praktische Waschmaschine mit Trockner um dann zu Hause keinen Berg Wäsche zu haben. Mein Fazit: es war einfach wie zu Hause. Alles Gute euch und sehr gern einmal wieder.

Erholung pur in der Natur

Wir waren drei Wochen im gelben Haus direkt am Rand eines lieblichen Naturreservats, in dem man größere und kleinere Wanderungen machen kann. Einige hübsche Seen und natürlich die Ostsee sind nicht weit. Der Ort selbst ist malerisch, aufgelockerte Besiedlung mit hübschen Häuschen inmitten von Bäumen und Beerensträuchern. Das Haus ist bestens eingerichtet und geräumig. Das Grundstück kam mir als Städter riesig vor, mit großen Wiesenflächen vor und hinter dem Haus. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
