I have booked two junior suites online in advance on Expedia and when I arrived my rooms were given to someone they knew. It wasn't fair. After one hour of negotiations I got two basic rooms with issues abd problems. This property uses hotel name 'primer hotel inn' but it is not it is a local hotel abd too bad that thus brand missing up their brand I will never trust thus brand anymore even though I have been staying in this brand since quote times in foreign countries. If you are foreigner don't waste your money this is not the hotel you see it is just by name unfortunately. Breakfast is terrible 😔 so missed up with a few staffs and cleaning doesn't exist in their agenda unfortunately. The reason I booked this hotel was for two purpuses cleaning and service and both were terrible. As my rooms were given to someone in management relatives. This entire brand in lahore don't trust they sold their name only and there is absolutely no services of primer inn. Good luck if you still go. Feel bad for you.
