Hotel in the center of Lahti and that's the best a

Pros: Staff and Parking only. Close to motorway and retail parks and central Lahti location are all a plus points.
Cons: The whole hotel needs refurbishment sadly, and needs to close to complete this, to do the building any justice.
Location: Shopping and easy access to motorway.
The hotel is open 24 hours to any time arrival is a big plus point along with park, but this costs around 10 Euros a day or every 24hours, not bad if in the centre of Helsinki, but a bit expensive for a car park that's mostly empty. However, a strong point is that its on site, and that's the best aspect of this hotel. The room condition is poor with worn floors and leaking showers, however, they do clean try can clean what's there. However, in my room they emptied the bin and left the bag on top of my luggage, so they got a poor rating for this. also, on my 5 days there my room was cleaned once and towels never replaced. The breakfast is below average and the condition of the resturant lower half near the bar is very poor, the carpet has not change in 10 years since I've was once there, if not 10, at least 8 (2009). The resturant area near the reception is better, average, the rest is below par. I would rate the hotel as a 2 star. The Staff are polite and nice, so with Parking - 2 stars

Yleisilmeeltään siisti hotelli, ilmastoinnin puute näin kesäaikaan suurin puute joka omalle kohdalle sattui.

Huone kulahtanut, äänet kuului naapurihuoneista ja käytävältä erittäin hyvin. Huoneessa ei avainkortti-valokatkaisijaa eli ei energian säästöä. Aamupalalle täytyi varata aika, mikä oli ikävää. Lomalle kun tulee niin ei ole mukava mennä aikataulutetusti.

Todella tukala yö takana. Huone oli kuuma eikä pyydetty pieni tuuletin yhtään helpottanut asiaa. Ikkunoita ei voinut pitää auki kun kissa oli mukana.

Huoneessa ei toiminut ilmastointi eikä huoneessa ollut jäähdytystä. Huoneen lämpötila oli 30 astetta, joka teki täysipainoisen nukkumisen mahdottomaksi. Huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia eikä minibaaria. Huoneen ikkunoista oli näkymä rakennuksen katolle, joka oli sammaloitunut ja johon oli jätetty lojumaan kattohuopapalasia. Hotellissa ei ollut sähköauton latausmahdollisuutta.
