Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Staff was rude and the rooms were in horrible condition.. looked dirty. They are charging so much but the basic facilities are also not provided like a mineral water bottle. The kettle was so dirty. The bedsheets had cigarette burnt holes and the pillows looked unwashed! Overpriced and unworthy! Staff does not have basic manners to speak. Horrible experience!
