Our cozy apartment is powered by solar energy and supported by a 600-gallon water cistern, ensuring comfort and reliability. Guests love not only our affordable rates, but the thoughtful touches that make each stay memorable—from top-notch cleanliness to all your essential amenities.

For you we have a spacious house with a "L" shape balcony for up to 10 people. It has air conditioners on all the house with 3 bedrooms, 5 full beds, all equipped with memory foam topper, comforter, sheets, and pillows. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for 3, a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, pots and pans, microwave, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap, and paper towels. Two full bathrooms with all the essential toiletry (towels, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner), water heater, a hair blower, and iron/iron board. A large dining room with two dining sets and a comfortable living room with L-Shape Sofa and a 43” 4K Smart TV. The entire house has wifi. The L-Shape Balcony offers plenty of space for a memorable relaxing time, after a long day filled with adventures, on the two hammocks, playing dominos, or viewing the sea and the majestic sunset view.

The entire house is on the second floor of a private complex. There is a gated spacious shared parking lot for cars and small water vessels. Self check-in is available, and our local host is ready to assist you 24/7 via phone or text. Trained pets are welcome with a small fee, while trained service dogs stay free of charge. Parties and camping are not allowed.

Guests have access to a spacious, gated parking area shared among all units—perfect for cars and small watercraft. Each apartment is fully private, with its own entrance and a dedicated outdoor relaxation area, including a patio with seating and a hammock. You’ll enjoy the comfort of your own space while benefiting from the security and convenience of a well-maintained shared property.

Playita Rosada is home to the only in-land ocean pool in the world and is only 10 minutes away by car with a beach area and other areas for BBQ, family gatherings, and trails for mountain biking and hiking with unforgettable views. There are other breath-taking beaches minutes away such as Playa Sucia, El Combate, Boqueron, Playa Santa, and many others. You can also take a short 30 minute drive to Puerto Rican key landmarks such as the Cabo Rojo lighthouse, Bosque Seco de Guanica, or Camabalache.

For your convenience, a small supermarket, bakery, and a gas station are at walking distance and the pharmacy is 5 minutes away by car. Shopping center and malls are 30 to 45 minutes by car in various directions. There are nearby recreational areas such as basketball courts and play grounds. If you don’t have a speaker, there is no worry because the native birds play beautiful relaxing songs that you can enjoy.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave clean all cups, dishes pots and cafeteria pot. Place the garbage bags in the containers outside.
Leave the used towels and bed sheet on top of the used beds. Verify that no items are left behind, since we are not responsible once you checkout the unit.
Turn off the A/C unit. Ensure all stove gas and oven knobs are closed.
