The community mandates that information for all guests and vehicles be provided at the time of reservation. Failure to submit the necessary information and/or complete the rental form on time will result in a $100 late registration fee.
• All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed per rental group.
• The community has speed cameras, so please adhere to the 25 mph speed limit to avoid steep fines. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred.
• Bookings made less than 3 days before check-in are subject to a $100 late registration fee.
